How big is the trailer?  The trailer is 6' x 10' closed and 6'x 20' open.
Is there a deliver charge?  Delivery is included for Austin and immediate area,  extra per mile charge will be quoted depending on location.
Can the trailer be used indoors at conventions and event centers?  Yes, as long as you can pull a vehicle inside your space.
Do you work with caterers and event planners?   We love working with other industry professionals please have the caterer contact us directly. We have a full list of recommended professional services ranging from event planners, to caterers and rental items.  
Do you have a cancellation policy?  We understand things happen making you unable to follow through with your rental contract. We honor full refunds if you decide to cancel at least 80 days before your event. If within 80-50 days, we retain 50% of the deposit. If 49 days until the event, we retain entire deposit.

Do you have an hourly rate?  YES!  This is a great option for photographers and corporate events our needing our trailer  for less than four hours. Please note that hourly rates are not available for peak dates.

Do you offer festival, weekly and long term rates?  Absolutely!  Perfect for companies that want to their product or booth to stand out from the crowd.  

Is liquor provided?  We do NOT have a liquor resale license and due to Texas law we can not provide  and bill our clients for alcohol and supplies.   We can assist you in a customized bar list for your event and can recommend how much beverage should be purchased for your event.  Upon hire we will provide you with a checklist and assist you with batch recipes and social cocktails.

Are your servers/bartenders certified?  All our bartenders are TABC certified and if handling food will have their food handlers certification.

What type of insurance do you carry?  The Liquid Movement LLC (limited Liability Company)  is insured for transport and basic damage. Texas law does NOT require bartenders and servers to carry liability insurance.  Texas does have a host liability law.  Any host can purchase event liability insurance  for their event.  Message me in the contact section to get information.
